SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
ITALY
Shipping by express courier:
€6.90 for orders up to €48.99 (travel time 24/48 h)
Free for orders over €49
The shipment of the goods will take place within 2 working days from receipt of payment, unless stock is available. The courier delivery usually takes place within 24/48 hours (the delivery time for some disadvantaged locations and smaller islands could be longer).
OTHER LOCATIONS
The shipment of the goods will take place within 2 working days from receipt of payment, unless stock is available. The products are shipped from our warehouse in Italy, our customer service is not available during Italian public holidays and during these days no orders are processed or parcels are shipped.
You can choose 2 types of shipping:
- express (up to 2-3 working days of transit)
- eco-slow (up to 4-6 working days of transit) - Only for Spain
The eco-slow shipment has longer transit times since it combines several shipments in a single trip but allows for economic savings and guarantees a lower environmental impact of logistics. Shipping costs are calculated based on the country of destination of the goods.
Indicate correctly the address to which the delivery must take place and the telephone number which will be used only in case of problems with the order and delivery.
It is always advisable to indicate a delivery address where there is always someone available to receive the goods.

In each package, subject to availability, you can choose to receive the following free samples:
All orders: 1 sample
Orders over 30 euros: 3 samples
Orders over 49 euros: 4 samples
PAYMENT
Our goods are shipped from Italy, for orders delivered within the EU, VAT is included in the total purchase price. As the movement of goods within the EU is free, there are no additional costs.
You can pay with:
- Credit Card with international circuit Visa, Mastercard (Nexi)
- Satispay
- Payment in cash at our office (via Dei Trasporti, 3-5 Pesaro PU) or at one of our Biostories
- Cash on delivery (costs €3)
- Payment via Scalapay (in 3 installments)

N.B.: If you want an invoice, remember to fill in the tax code field and request it in the notes when ordering, it will not be possible to issue it after shipment.
To guarantee very fast shipments, the orders for which we receive payment are considered confirmed. If you have something to report to us, do it immediately, we will try to do everything possible to satisfy your needs!
RETURNS
If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the products, you can return one or more items and choose to: receive other replacement items or exercise the right of withdrawal and receive a refund for returned products. The right of withdrawal applies only to contracts concluded through our site, therefore it does not apply to cosmetics purchased from retailers or third parties.
To exercise this right, it is necessary to send us a written communication within 14 days of receiving the goods to one of the following addresses:

Indicating:
a) the invoice number
b) the description and quantity of the returned products, in case of partial withdrawal
c) Your bank details to carry out the refund. In the event that the payment was made by credit card or Pay Pal, the refund will be made by partial or total cancellation of the transition.

The product/s must be returned intact, with the original seal intact (if any) and must not have been manipulated in such a way as to diminish the original value.
The risks and costs of transport for returning the Products will be fully borne by the Purchaser.

The Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal provided for in article 52 of the Consumer Code when the following conditions are fully respected: a) the products must not have been used, and/or damaged, and/or opened; b) the products must be returned in their original packaging; d) the returned products must be sent in a single shipment; e) the return must be made within 14 days of receiving the products.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic or health protection reasons.

The images and descriptions relating to the products are purely indicative and may differ from the actual product.
